What we collect when you visit this site or use our service, why, who we share it with, and how to ask us to stop.
This website is operated by Agent Libre inc., a company based in Montreal, Quebec. In this policy, "we" means Agent Libre inc.
As required by Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), we have appointed a person in charge of the protection of personal information.
This information goes into our customer relationship tool (HubSpot) so we can reply and follow up. A copy is also sent to our mailbox.
Four third-party scripts are placed in our pages. None of them loads until you accept it. On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. You can change your mind at any time using the Manage cookies link at the bottom of every page.
This service works to identify business visitors to this site. Its script sends your browsing data to the vendor, who matches it against information they or their partners already hold about you. The result may be given to us as a name, company, job title, LinkedIn profile, or work email address.
Until you accept, nothing is sent to RB2B.
The following language is provided to us by RB2B and describes how this works:
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email.
If you accept, we may then contact you, including by email, for marketing purposes. You can opt out of this collection and these communications at any time:
We run ads on LinkedIn. The LinkedIn Insight Tag script sends LinkedIn your IP address, the addresses of the pages you view on this site, the time of the visit, and information about your browser. LinkedIn also sets its own cookies. If you have a LinkedIn account, those visits can be tied to your profile.
We use it for two things: to measure how our ads perform — how many people saw one, then came to the site or filled in our form — and to show our ads to people who have already visited the site. LinkedIn gives us aggregate data only: we cannot see who, individually, saw or clicked one of our ads. LinkedIn also uses this data for its own purposes, which it describes in its privacy policy.
To opt out:
We use HubSpot to keep track of our exchanges with customers. Its script sends HubSpot your IP address, the addresses of the pages you view on this site, the time of the visit, and information about your browser. HubSpot also sets its own cookies, including an identifier that stays in your browser from one visit to the next.
We use it to see which pages interest the people who come here. If you later give us your email address, HubSpot ties the visits already recorded under that identifier to your record.

We also run ads with Google. The Google Ads script sends Google your IP address, the addresses of the pages you view on this site, the time of the visit, and information about your browser. Google also sets its own cookies. If you have a Google account, those visits can be tied to your profile.
We use it for the same two things: to measure how our ads perform — how many people saw one, then came to the site or filled in our form — and to show our ads to people who have already visited the site. Google gives us aggregate data only: we cannot see who, individually, saw or clicked one of our ads. Google also uses this data for its own purposes, which it describes in its privacy policy.
When you write to us through the contact form, or ask for the webinar slides, your email address travels with the conversion we send to Google. It is first turned into an irreversible fingerprint, and that calculation happens in your browser: Google receives the fingerprint, never the address itself. Google compares it against the fingerprints of the addresses on its own accounts, to find out whether the person who filled in the form had clicked one of our ads. The feature is called “enhanced conversions”. It only happens after you consent, and only at the moment you submit one of those two forms. Nothing else is sent this way: not your name, not your phone number, not the content of your message.
To opt out:
No advertising or measurement cookie is set before you consent. Once you have accepted them, the four scripts described in section 3 set their own cookies and identifiers, including LinkedIn's and Google's advertising cookies. You can also block them in your browser settings.
One cookie is ours: it remembers the language you pick with the FR/EN switch, so we can serve you the right version on later visits. It holds nothing but “fr” or “en”, cannot identify you, and is sent to no one. Without it, the language set on your device decides. You can clear it from your browser settings.
Your choice is kept in your browser, along with its date. It is not sent to anyone. If you clear your browser data, you will be asked again. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, all four scripts stay off and no banner is shown.
Our pages also load typefaces from an external service (Google Fonts), which sends your IP address to that service.
We do not sell your personal information.
We entrust information to the following vendors, only for the purposes described here:
| Vendor | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| RB2B | Identifies business visitors to the site, after consent | United States |

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to enforce our rights.
Agent Libre's inference infrastructure — the systems that process the data your AI agents send us — is hosted and operated in Canada. The vendors listed above serve the website and our business operations, not the processing of your workloads.
Some of the vendors above handle information in the United States. Before entrusting personal information to them, we assess whether it receives adequate protection there, as Law 25 requires, and we govern the disclosure by contract. The information involved is limited to the browsing data and business contact details described above.
After those periods, the information is destroyed or anonymized.
Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. Traffic to this site is encrypted. Our vendor accounts are protected by two-factor authentication. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
If you are a customer, the content your applications and AI agents send to our service — your requests and the responses generated — is processed in Canada, on infrastructure we operate. We do not use it to train models and we do not disclose it to any third party. The precise terms are in your service agreement, which prevails over this policy for that data.
At any time, you may:
We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
We may change this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will inform the people concerned.
